DynoAcademy Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By joining and participating in the DynoAcademy Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

To become an affiliate partner of DynoAcademy, you must have an active account on the platform and be at least 18 years old. DynoAcademy reserves the right to refuse or revoke affiliate status for any reason without notice or explanation.

Earning Commission:

You will earn commission for each new user that you refer to DynoAcademy that purchases a course. The commission rate may vary depending on the specific offer or promotion. DynoAcademy reserves the right to change the commission rate at any time and without notice. Change in commission rate will not impact your current balance.

Payouts:

You may request a payout of your earned commission at any time. However, all payout requests will be carefully examined, and we reserve the right to deny a request if we suspect any fraudulent activity or a violation of our terms and conditions. The payout process may take up to 4-5 business days for approval or disapproval. Current minimum payout rate can be found on affiliate dashboard which is subject to change without prior notice

Prohibited Activities:

Any manipulation or hacking activity aimed at the DynoAcademy platform or website is strictly prohibited. If we detect such activity, we reserve the right to refuse to approve payout requests and suspend or remove the user from the affiliate program. Additionally, we reserve the right to retain any funds earned through such activities.

Termination:

DynoAcademy reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time and for any reason without notice or explanation. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the user as an affiliate will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Liability:

DynoAcademy will not be liable for any damages, including lost profits, arising from the user's participation in the affiliate program or the use of DynoAcademy's services. The user agrees to indemnify and hold DynoAcademy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the user's participation in the affiliate program.

How We Track Referrals [IMPORTANT]:

At dynoAcademy, we use a tracking system to monitor referrals made through affiliate links. When a referral link is shared and someone clicks on it, we utilize the local storage service to store the invitation code on the browser of the invited user. Once the user signs up, whether through email, Google, or any other means, we associate the inviter with the registered user.

However, please note that we are unable to track users who open the referral link from one browser or device and register from another. Additionally, if a user clears all local storage data or signs up through an incognito window, our tracking system will not be able to attribute the sale to the referring affiliate. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for non-tracking issues.

We encourage all affiliates to read and understand our terms and conditions before sharing their referral links. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by our policies and guidelines regarding tracking and commission payouts.
